Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc has provided an update on its rigless testing program in the Guercif area of Morocco and Trinidad. The company has received approval for Petroleum Agreement Amendment No.3, which extends the Initial Period of the Guercif Petroleum Agreement and corresponding Exploration Permits to 57 months until February 5, 2024. The rigless testing program, originally scheduled for November 2023, has been rescheduled for January 2024 due to operational constraints. The program will focus on perforating specific intervals in the wells to establish the potential gas flow rate. Predator is fully funded for a pilot compressed natural gas (CNG) development and has commissioned an Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed 2024 drilling program. The company has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Afriquia Gaz for gas sales and collaboration agreements.
