PPHE Hotel Group Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting on 28th February 2024, where the Rule 9 Waiver Resolution was passed by a majority of votes cast by the Independent Shareholders. The resolution was included in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and received support from Independent Shareholders. The Board expressed satisfaction with the outcome and indicated that a further announcement would be made regarding the decision to implement the Share Buy-Back Authority at the relevant time.

The Rule 9 Waiver Resolution has been forwarded to the Financial Conduct Authority and will be available for inspection.
