Norcros PLC has announced that it has granted share options to a director under its Save as You Earn (SAYE) scheme. The SAYE scheme is approved by HM Revenue and Customs in the UK and has an unapproved section for non-UK employees. Certain employees have chosen to participate in the scheme and have been granted options to subscribe for up to 780,078 ordinary shares of the company at a price of 141.0p per share. The Chief Financial Officer, James Eyre, has received 13,156 SAYE options. The entitlement to subscribe for shares will arise in 2027, subject to certain conditions being met. Participants can choose to withdraw from the scheme and recover their paid-in funds before that time.
