NetScientific PLC has announced the exercise of options by John Clarkson, former NetScientific Chair, over 254,977 ordinary shares for an aggregate exercise price of £116,014.54. Additionally, 116,548 new ordinary shares have been subscribed for by John Clarkson and two other service providers to the company. The new shares have been issued in settlement of monies due to the individuals and companies in connection with services provided to the NetScientific group.

The issue of new ordinary shares includes subscriptions by John Clarkson, EcoMachines Ventures Limited, and MJG 1968 Consulting Limited. Application will be made for 371,525 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM, which is expected to become effective and commence dealings on or around 8 February 2024. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 23,945,828 Ordinary Shares.
