NatWest Markets PLC has published the Final Terms for the USD 10,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due August 2029. These Final Terms, in conjunction with the prospectus and supplemental Prospectuses, provide the final terms of the Notes issued under the £20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets. The Final Terms and the Prospectus together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
