Nanoco Group PLC has announced the successful passing of all resolutions proposed at its General Meeting. The company, a leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials, reported that Special Resolution 1 received 110,891,115 votes for, representing 93.4% of the total votes cast.
