Lloyds Banking Group PLC has announced that options to acquire shares were granted under the Lloyds Banking Group Sharesave Scheme 2017 to several persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs). Chirantan Barua, Chief Executive Officer of Insurance, Pensions and Investments, was granted 32,217 shares; William Chalmers, Chief Financial Officer, was granted 20,171 shares; Kate Cheetham, Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, was granted 20,171 shares; and Jo Harris, Chief Executive Officer of Mass Affluent, was granted 20,171 shares. The options were granted at a price of 38.55 pence per share.

In addition, Andrew Walton, a PDMR, sold 182,678 shares at a price of 44.5422 pence per share. Following the sale, Walton continues to comply with the Group's shareholding policy requirements.
