Lloyds Banking Group PLC has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) in the company. Charlie Nunn, Group Chief Executive, acquired 311,904 shares, while William Chalmers, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 149,714 shares. The acquisition price for each share was 44.6050 pence. These shares will be held on behalf of the PDMRs and released over a three-year period, with one-third being released each year on 21 September.
Additionally, Chirantan Barua, Chief Executive Officer of Insurance, Pensions & Investments, and Ron van Kemenade, who joined the Group in Q2 2023, were granted Long Term Share Plan (LTSP) awards.
