Anthony Nightingale, who joined the Jardines Group in 1969, will retire from executive office and step down from his positions as Director of DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited and Hongkong Land Holdings Limited on January 31, 2024. YK Pang, who joined the Board in 2011, will retire from executive office on March 31, 2024, but will remain as Chairman of Hong Kong. David Hsu, who joined the Group in 2011, will also retire from the Board on March 31, 2024.
