Halfords Group PLC has announced the results of its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). All resolutions were passed on a poll, with the total number of shares on the register at 218,928,736. The resolutions included receiving the audited financial statements, declaring a final dividend, approving the Directors Remuneration Report and Policy, electing Tanvi Gokhale as a Director, and re-electing Keith Williams, Jill Caseberry, Tom Singer, Graham Stapleton, and Jo Hartley as Directors. The AGM also approved the reappointment of BDO LLP as Auditor and authorized the Audit Committee to determine the remuneration of the Auditor.
