Gamma Communications plc has announced that it has made additional payments of £1.15 million to the former owners of Exactive Holdings Limited as part of the acquisition deal. The payment consists of £0.93 million in cash and £0.22 million in Gamma shares. As a result, 20,194 ordinary shares of 0.25p each will be issued to the former owners of Exactive. The company has applied for the listing of these new shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, with the admission to trading expected on Monday, December 18, 2023. The new shares will have the same rights as the existing ordinary shares of the company. After the issuance of the new shares, Gamma Communications' total issued share capital will consist of 97,458,926 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. Shareholders can use this figure to determine if they need to notify any changes in their interest in the company's share capital.
