Gamma Communications plc has released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2023. The company reported a healthy first half performance, with revenue and gross profit growing by 9% to £256.2m and £131.2m respectively. Adjusted EBITDA and adjusted PBT also increased by 9% to £56.5m and £48.3m respectively. Recurring revenue accounted for 90% of total revenue, and the company saw growth in its UCaaS portfolio and targeted price rises. Gamma Enterprise and European Business also experienced growth in gross profit, with the latter reporting a 17% increase to £19.0m. The company continues to see growth in its voice enablement product set, particularly in supporting Microsoft Teams. Adjusted EPS increased by 5% to 37.5p, and cash conversion was higher than previous periods at 101%. Gamma Communications also announced the acquisition of Satisnet Limited, a UK-based cyber security company. The company expects continued growth in the second half of the year and anticipates adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EPS to be in the top half of market expectations.
