Galantas Gold Corporation has announced a collaboration with the University of Edinburgh for a sampling program at the Gairloch Project in Scotland. The program aims to establish the geochemical signature of the Kerry Road deposit and locate new mineralization in the Gairloch Schist Belt. The work will include petrology, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and electron microprobe (EMP) analysis on selected rock samples, with the goal of identifying new target areas for follow-up exploration work and drilling.

The Kerry Road copper-zinc-gold deposit at the Gairloch Project is classified as a Besshi-type VMS deposit, associated with cobalt enrichment. The project aims to identify the deposit's unique signature using garnet, chlorite, white mica, and other silicate minerals. The University of Edinburgh's School of Geosciences will conduct detailed analysis and observations to determine the alteration halo and geochemical trends, supported by grants from geological societies.

The collaboration also involves the collection of representative footwall, ore horizon, and hanging-wall samples for petrography, mineral chemistry, and whole-rock geochemical analysis. The University of Edinburgh's Materials and Micro-Analysis Centre will carry out mineralogy characterization and whole-rock geochemical analysis using x-ray fluorescence and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The project aims to further characterize the alteration mineralogy of the Kerry Road deposit and aid exploration efforts toward additional discoveries in the regional stratigraphy.

In addition, Galantas Gold Corporation has engaged GRIT Capital Corp to create print advertising campaigns and provide exposure to potential investors. The engagement involved print advertising campaigns, a landing page for advertising campaigns, and CEO presentations on Twitter spaces. The engagement with GRIT was for a period of 26 weeks, and the fee for the engagement was USD$65,000. The arrangements with GRIT were an arm’s length relationship with the Company, and no buying or selling recommendations or financial advice were provided.

This comprehensive update from Galantas Gold Corporation highlights the company's collaborative efforts with the University of Edinburgh for the Gairloch Project and its engagement with GRIT Capital Corp for marketing contracts. These initiatives demonstrate the company's commitment to advancing its exploration efforts and enhancing its exposure to potential investors.
