Fulcrum Metals plc has provided an update on its Saskatchewan uranium projects. The company has increased its Saskatchewan uranium footprint by 221% through a combination of staking and acquiring an option over additional hectares. The projects now include the Charlot-Neely Lake, Fontaine Lake, Snowbird, and South Pendleton projects. The Charlot-Neely Uranium project has seen an additional 2,703 hectares staked and 1,188 hectares optioned, bringing the total to 16,372 hectares. The Snowbird project has seen 24,187 hectares staked and an option over 8,649 hectares, totaling 32,835 hectares. The South Pendleton project has seen 2,472 hectares staked and an option over 1,644 hectares, totaling 4,116 hectares. The option agreement for the projects has a close date of June 30, 2024. The cost of staking the properties was CDN$17,889, and the optioned properties have work requirements of CDN$57,073 through the end of 2024. Following the addition of the new areas, Fulcrum's Saskatchewan uranium footprint has the potential to cover 59,310 hectares. The company is now reviewing its options with interested parties, including a potential spin-out of the Saskatchewan assets as a separate business listed on a recognized exchange and other partnerships.
