Under the sub-brands TiMax and OutBoard, they offer products for immersive audio, show control technologies, rigging control products for live events, and safety test and quality management for rental companies and venues. The acquisition aligns with Focusrite's aim of growing its core customer base, expanding into new markets, and increasing lifetime value for customers. OutBoard's revenue for the year ended October 31, 2023, was £1.4 million, with an EBITDA of £0.3 million. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in the current financial year.
