Fever-Tree Drinks PLC has announced the appointment of David Lapp as a Non-Executive Director, effective from January 1, 2024. Lapp brings over 35 years of industry expertise in the beverage sector, particularly in bottling, manufacturing, supply chain management, and strategy in North America and Europe. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer for PepsiCo Beverages North America, where he was responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain operations. Lapp also held various roles at Pepsi Bottling Group before joining PepsiCo in 2010.
Coline McConville, who has served as a Non-Executive Director for nine years, will be stepping down from the Board on December 31, 2023. Kevin Havelock, who joined the Board in January 2018, has succeeded McConville as Senior Independent Director. Laura Hagan, who joined the Board and the Remuneration Committee in May 2021, has taken over as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
