Experian plc has provided a block listing six-monthly return for various employee share schemes. The first scheme mentioned is The Experian UK Tax-Qualified Sharesave Plan, which had a balance of unallotted securities of 530,859 from the previous return. The scheme has been increased by 365,000, and 118,381 securities were issued/allotted during the period, leaving a balance of 777,478 securities not yet issued/allotted at the end of the period.

The second scheme mentioned is The Experian International Sharesave Plan, which had a balance of unallotted securities of 416,635 from the previous return. The third scheme mentioned is The Experian Tax-Qualified Employee Share Purchase Plan, which had a balance of unallotted securities of 352,749 from the previous return. The scheme has been increased by 370,000, and 440,298 securities were issued/allotted during the period, leaving a balance of 282,451 securities not yet issued/allotted at the end of the period.

The fourth scheme mentioned is The Experian Irish Approved Sharesave Plan, which had a balance of unallotted securities of 157,804 from the previous return. There was no increase in the scheme since the last return, and 709 securities were issued/allotted during the period, leaving a balance of 157,095 securities not yet issued/allotted at the end of the period.
