Experian, a global information services company, is now offering Experian credit reports in Spanish to cater to the growing U.S. Hispanic-Latino community. The company aims to generate awareness about accessing credit reports and provide bilingual educational resources. A survey conducted by Experian revealed that a significant percentage of Hispanic-Latinos are interested in understanding credit report information, learning how to build credit, and maintaining a high credit score. Experian has partnered with NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises and TelevisaUnivision to deliver credit information through Spanish-language media platforms. The collaboration includes a video series featuring TV personality Andrea Meza, the host of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises' morning show Hoy Da and former Miss Universe 2020. TelevisaUnivision will also promote credit awareness across its networks and streaming platforms. Experian will distribute credit education through community partner organizations such as UnidosUS and Inclusiv Network. Wil Lewis, Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Talent Acquisition Officer for Experian, stated that providing Experian credit reports in Spanish is part of the company's commitment to financial inclusion for all. Consumers can access and download Experian credit reports in Spanish by enrolling in a free or paid Experian membership. The membership includes access to a FICO Score, credit monitoring, financial tools, and features. Experian also offers educational resources in Spanish, such as a credit e-book and articles on the Ask Experian blog.
