Essentra PLC has announced the retirement of Jack Clarke as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director. Clarke will continue in his role until a successor is in place, expected no later than 31 March 2025. The company has initiated a search for both internal and external candidates to fill the position. During his tenure, Clarke played a key role in strategic reviews, transitional arrangements, and the successful sale of the Packaging and Filters businesses, leading to the launch of Essentra as a pure-play Components business.
