Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment group, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the entire issued share capital of 365scores, a world leading sports media business, for a consideration of $150 million (approximately £120m) and contingent payments totalling up to $10 million (approximately £8m).
