eEnergy Group plc has announced that it has acquired the minority holdings of two former management shareholders, increasing its ownership in its subsidiary, eEnergy Insights Ltd (EIL), to 100%. EIL holds the Group's MY ZeERO smart metering and analytics platform. As part of the transaction, the company has issued 1,366,666 new ordinary shares to the vendors. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and are expected to commence trading on AIM on or around 14 August 2023.
Upon admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the company will be 352,146,625 ordinary shares. Shareholders can use this figure as the denominator for calculating their interest in the share capital of the company.
