Eden Research PLC has appointed Ilshad Moulan as the new Head of Regulatory Affairs. With a strong background in the agrochemical sector, Moulan will lead the company's regulatory strategy and execution, focusing on the global registration of its innovative crop protection solutions. His expertise in regulatory affairs management, along with a BSc degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and an MSc degree in Crop Protection and Regulatory Science, positions him well for this role.

Moulan's previous experience at Dr. Knoell Consult Ltd and Agrauxine, where he developed dossiers for biopesticide active ingredients and formulated plant protection products, demonstrates his capability in managing complex projects across the industry. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Eden Research as they aim to deliver sustainable solutions to the agricultural sector and expand their global reach efficiently.

The company's CEO, Sean Smith, expressed his delight in welcoming Moulan to the team, emphasizing his extensive background in regulatory affairs and leadership skills as valuable assets. Smith also acknowledged Dr. Mike Carroll, who will retire after a handover period, for his contributions in establishing Eden's in-house regulatory capabilities and expanding regulatory authorizations for their products.
