Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd. has announced board changes, including the appointment of Miss Alice Carroll and Miss Selma Usiku as directors of the company. Miss Carroll, currently the company's Head of Corporate Sustainability, joins the board as an Executive Director. She has over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry and previously worked with Azinor Catalyst and the Seacrest Azimuth Group. Miss Usiku, an experienced exploration geologist, joins the board as a Non-Executive Director. She has worked in South Africa and the Namibian Oil & Energy and diamond industries, with experience in exploration geoscience and petroleum geology. Mr Helmut Angula will retire as a Non-Executive Director but will remain as a senior advisor to the board. The chairman and CEO of Eco Atlantic expressed their excitement about the new appointments and thanked Mr Angula for his contributions to the company.
