Julie Baddeley, who has served on the Board since 2014, is stepping down as a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Sue Farr is joining as a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, bringing a wealth of marketing experience to the board from her executive career, including roles at the BBC, Thames Television, and Vauxhall Motors.
Sue Farr also has extensive experience in her non-executive career, with current roles at Helical plc, BAT plc, THG plc, and the Unlimited Group.
