Dowlais Group PLC has announced the purchase of 203,216 of its ordinary shares of 1 penny each through Investec Bank plc as part of its £50 million share buy-back program. The company intends to cancel the purchased shares, and as a result, it holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,387,554,069 ordinary shares in issue.
