Direct Line Insurance Group PLC has announced changes to its board, with Carol Hagh being appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee, effective from April 1, 2024. Jon Greenwood, formerly Acting Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down as an Executive Director.
