Block Listing Application
CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 120,000 of its ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM.
The Ordinary Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with the grant, vesting and/or exercise of awards under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans ("LTIP"). It is expected that the majority of the shares reserved under the block listing will satisfy the exercise of options in connection with the next LTIP vesting on 2 October 2023.
When issued, the Ordinary Shares under the block listing will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. It is anticipated that the block-listed shares will be admitted on 11 May 2023.
