The aggregated information of ordinary shares purchased on 17 January 2024 across different trading venues shows that a total of 38,660 shares were acquired at a weighted average price of 153.25 GBp. Since 4 May 2023, the company has bought 5,427,619 ordinary shares for cancellation at a total cost of 14,604,756.12 GBp, including dealing and associated costs.

Following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the company will have 93,595,151 ordinary shares in issue, and the total voting rights in the company will be 93,595,151. The figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
