Corero Network Security PLC has announced the appointment of Robert Scott as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Scott, a 30-year network security industry professional, currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Silversky, Inc. and Chairman of AssetPass. He brings extensive international security experience, having held leadership positions in various cybersecurity and network security companies. Peter George, the current Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board at the Company's AGM in June 2024 to focus on his executive responsibilities at Evolv Technology.

Scott has been granted 750,000 options with an exercise price of 11.75 pence, with a three-year vesting period.
