- London Stock Exchange: 29,408 shares purchased at a highest price of 20.4700 pence per share, lowest price of 20.4000 pence per share, and volume weighted average price of 20.4452 pence per share.
- Turquoise: 7,698 shares purchased at a highest price of 20.4700 pence per share, lowest price of 20.4000 pence per share, and volume weighted average price of 20.4429 pence per share.
Following the purchases, Compass Group PLC now holds 64,411,991 ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,720,991,986 ordinary shares in issue. The total number of voting rights in the company is 1,720,991,986 ordinary shares.
