Clarkson PLC has announced the appointment of Constantin Cotzias as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Constantin will join the Board and be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. He brings a strong understanding of financial markets, data, technology, and experience in growing data-focused businesses. Constantin's extensive background includes roles at Bloomberg LP, where he currently serves as the European Director and Global Head of External Affairs. He also sits on the Mayor of London's Economic Advisory Board and has previously been part of Prime Minister May's Business Advisory Council. Constantin's legal expertise and experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in media, telecoms, technology, and energy, will be valuable to Clarksons as they continue to grow the business.
