EVOLVE
June 2023
Telecoms | Cloud | Digital Transformation
Hi Pierce,
Welcome to the June edition of Evolve, bringing you the latest in news and opinion from Cerillion as we reach the middle of this year.
And what a first half of the year it's been! We've launched our latest product release - Cerillion 23.1back in April, and completed several customer upgrades including for GO in Malta. In addition, I'm delighted to say that we've recently been named in two Gartner market guides, recognising us as representative vendors of Revenue Management and Monetisation Solutions, and Customer Management and Experience Solutions.
In this edition of Evolve, we revisit the top telecom trends for the year, as voted for by our social media followers, to see how AI, the cost-of-living crisis and more have affected the industry so far. Plus, we ask if the UK's new Online Safety Bill could mean the end of WhatsApp, and look at how BSS technologies are the key to smart city monetisation.
We've also launched our new smart city BSS/OSS solution, Cerillion Metro, which automates smart city operations and enables monetisation of connectivity, utilities and ICT services - get in touch if you'd like to know more!
And finally, with industry events back in full swing we have a busy programme of upcoming shows perhaps well see you at CANTO in Miami, or Indonesia Internet Expo & Summit in Jakarta over the next few weeks?
Thank you for reading and, as always, we greatly welcome any feedback or comments you may have.
