Centrica PLC has issued a notice to the remaining holders of its £450,000,000 Subordinated Resettable Fixed Rate Notes due 2075, informing them of the redemption of the outstanding notes. Following the successful completion of a tender offer, the company has repurchased and cancelled £414,693,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes, representing 92.15 per cent. of the nominal amount of the originally issued Notes.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes, the Issuer will fully redeem all of the outstanding Notes on 21 June 2024, at their principal amount, along with any accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the Redemption Date. The redemption will result in the cancellation of the Notes, and the listing of the Bonds on the Official List of the FCA and the admission of the Bonds to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc will be cancelled on, or shortly after, 21 June 2024.
