CAP-XX Limited has announced the appointment of three experienced Non-Executive Directors, Dr. Graham Cooley, Peter Fraser, and Dr. Anthony Sive, to strengthen the company's capabilities and corporate governance. The restructuring of the board is part of the corporate transformation led by Chairman Pat Elliott and Chief Executive Lars Stegmann. The company aims to optimize production, maximize commercial applications of its technologies, and expand its global network to leverage market growth.

Dr. Graham Cooley, with over 35 years of experience in the power, energy storage, and hydrogen sectors, brings valuable expertise to the board. Peter Fraser, a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate advisory, and Dr. Anthony Sive, with over three decades of international business experience, also join the board. Additionally, Joanna Morbey has been appointed as Company Secretary, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in accounting and company secretarial roles.

Following the appointments, CAP-XX will review the composition of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. The company has also granted share options to certain Directors, including Lars Stegmann, Peter Fraser, Dr. Anthony Sive, Steen Feldskov, and Dr. Graham Cooley, to align their interests with the long-term success of the company.
