Brooks Macdonald Group plc has announced organizational changes aimed at ensuring the company is set up for success, organized to deliver its strategy, and drive growth. The proposed changes will result in a reduction of approximately 55 roles within the organization. The affected employees will be provided with comprehensive outplacement support. The company assures that these changes will not impact the level of service provided to clients or the company's footprint of offices across the UK and Crown Dependencies. The cost reduction resulting from these changes is expected to be approximately £4 million on an annualized basis. The cost of the changes is estimated to be up to £3 million, which will be excluded from the reported underlying profit. The company expects overall costs for FY24 to grow in mid-single digits, in line with existing market expectations. CEO Andrew Shepherd expressed confidence in the company's future opportunities and highlighted the strength of relationships with intermediaries and clients, as well as the dedication and expertise of the company's employees.
