British American Tobacco (BAT) has released a regulatory news announcement regarding its voting rights and capital. As of October 31, 2023, the company's issued share capital consisted of 2,236,402,601 ordinary shares of 25p each, all of which have voting rights. Additionally, BAT held 220,535,955 shares in Treasury at the same date.
