British American Tobacco (BAT) has released a regulatory news announcement regarding its voting rights and capital. As of August 31, 2023, the company's issued share capital consisted of 2,236,375,578 ordinary shares of 25p each, all of which have voting rights. Additionally, BAT held 220,541,649 shares in Treasury as of the same date.
