At this year’s launch, Spencer Dale, bp’s chief economist, will be joined by Elizabeth Press, Director of Planning and Programme support at IRENA andJason Bordoff, Founding Director of the Center on Global Energy Policy and Co-Founding Dean of the Columbia Climate School to discuss what the Outlook’s findings could mean for the future of energy.
