Boohoo Group PLC has announced the appointment of Stephen Morana as Chief Financial Officer, effective from 19th February 2024. Morana brings extensive e-commerce expertise and a wealth of experience in various businesses, having previously served as CFO of Betfair and Zoopla, leading both through IPOs. He has also held a non-executive director role at Entain and previously served on Boohoo's board. His most recent executive position was at Cazoo plc. Morana is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the INSEAD alumni.
