Stewart Roberts, the Senior Independent Non-executive Director, has informed the Board of his intention to retire at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2024. The Board has appointed Charlotta Ginman, an existing Non-executive Director, as the new Senior Independent Non-executive Director with immediate effect. She will also take over as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee when Stewart steps down from the Board at the AGM.
