B&M European Value Retail S.A. has announced the appointment of Tiffany Hall as the Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, effective from the company's Annual General Meeting on 23 July 2024. Tiffany Hall will succeed Peter Bamford, who will retire from the Board after six successful years in the role. Peter Bamford expressed his delight at Tiffany's appointment, highlighting her clear understanding of B&M and the necessary leadership skills. Alex Russo, the Chief Executive, thanked Peter for his leadership during uncertain times and overseeing the transition to a new CEO. He also welcomed Tiffany as the new Chair, citing her successful track record as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Tiffany Hall brings extensive senior and board-level experience, having served in various leadership roles in different organizations.

As part of the transition, Tiffany will step down from her current roles at the conclusion of the 2024 AGM, and her positions will be succeeded by Oliver Tant, Hounaida Lasry, and Paula MacKenzie.
