In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following:
As of 31 October 2022, the Company's issued share capital consisted of703,960,798ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 31 October 2022is therefore703,960,798.
The above figure (703,960,798Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
