It’s been an exciting few months here at Balfour Beatty. This week we shared our latest video to showcase how our expert highways teams are putting customer service at the heart of their projects through “MyRoad”. Over in the US, Balfour Beatty Communities launched an impressive electric vehicle programme, enabling residents to charge their vehicles at home and on Europe’s largest infrastructure project, HS2, we celebrated another outstanding feat of engineering as Balfour Beatty VINCI delivered the UK’s heaviest bridge drive. To help our teams put customer service at the heart of our projects, we developed "MyRoad", a four-stage approach to help us build strong relationships with our customers by understanding their needs, having a customer focused design, a smarter construction delivery and leaving a lasting positive legacy for the communities within which we work.  

Balfour Beatty VINCI, has successfully carried out the UK’s heaviest bridge drive to install an intersection bridge structure beneath the West Coast Main Line at Fulfen Wood near Lichfield.

Balfour Beatty announces that its 50:50 joint venture, Gammon, has been awarded a HK$3.7 billion (c. £378 million) contract from the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited to construct a new development at Cyberport, Hong Kong.

(MiC) units, designed and manufactured off-site, already installed, we're in the final stretch of this monumental project

We were delighted to join with colleagues from Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland

and Network Railthis week, to mark the 20th anniversary of the iconic Forth Bridge Abseil charity event, 

which will see over 600 people take on the challenge of a lifetime by abseiling 165ft off the iconic Forth Bridge.

We’re delighted our Forder Valley Link Road project has been shortlisted for an Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)

People’s Choice Award as one of the best civil engineering projects across the South West. 

Ahead of  #INWED23,

we hosted our first women-only open day at our offices in Derby where attendees learned about the industry and our fantastic career opportunities.
