Balfour Beatty Investments announces its entry into the on-street Electric Vehicle (EV) charging market with the formation of Urban Fox – a partnership with Urban Electric Networks, a British EV chargepoint operating company.

North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) has awarded Balfour Beatty a c.$242 million (c.£196 million) design-build contract to deliver improvements to Interstate U.S. 70 between the Havelock Bypass and east of Thurman Road in Craven County, North Carolina.

Our 50:50 joint venture, Gammon, receives two major wins at the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE), a highly credible environmental awards scheme organised by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) alongside the Environment and Ecology Bureau and major chambers of commerce in Hong Kong.
