At the Annual General Meeting of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc held on16 June 2023, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of25.0 centsper sharein respect of the year ended 31 December 2022.

The Company announces that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend inPound Sterlingwill receive20.0240 penceper sharewhich will be paidon7 July 2023.

Calculation of thePound Sterling equivalent of this dividendisbased on theexchange rateof GBP1=US$1.2485.This has been determinedusingthe exchange rate at theclose of businesson the dividend record date, being2 June 2023.
