Welcome to the new ATT Annual Stakeholder Report a new, online way to access the Companys annual reporting.

The Allianz Technology Trust 2022 Annual Financial Report (AFR) is markedly different from previous versions. The Board has been conscious for many years that public company AFRs have become weighty and expensive documents. At the same time the actual readership of hard copy AFRs has declined and the very large majority of shareholders and other interested parties only access AFRs online.
Over the past several years the Board has made efforts to include additional information on the technology sector that may be of interest to shareholders, but also to make more of this information available online via a complementary microsite. Having done this (successfully, we hope) for the past two years, we believe that the responsible next step is to focus on making as much as possible available in an electronic format we are calling it the Stakeholder Report with the paper document reduced to its essentials.

**From 25 July 2022, discretionary portfolio management services formerly provided to Allianz Technology Trust PLC (the Company) by Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) have been delegated to Voya Investment Management Co.
