Alba Mineral Resources has provided an operational and corporate update. The company is awaiting decisions on dewatering permits for the Lower Llechfraith workings, with hopes for a decision before the end of the year. Safety and access works on the Lower Llechfraith workings will be progressed next week in preparation for the completion of dewatering and the start of exploration on Level 4. An airborne geophysical survey is currently underway over key regional gold targets, and the survey over the Clogau target area has been completed. The company expects to complete the dewatering of the Lower Llechfraith workings down to Level 4 in January 2024 at the earliest. The company's contractors will be returning to site next week to complete further safety and access works on and below Level 3. The geophysical survey of the Clogau area has been completed, and the survey of other regional targets will take place in the week commencing 18 December 2023, weather permitting. Horse Hill Developments Limited, the operator of the Horse Hill Oil Project, will be making a partial repayment of shareholder loans, with Alba's expected repayment being around £100,000.
