Acer Inc. (TWSE: 2353) announced its consolidated revenues for April, reaching NT$17.85 billion with a 29.1% year-on-year (YoY) growth, marking 10 consecutive months of YoY growth. The year-to-April consolidated revenues totaled NT$76.68 billion, reflecting a 15.7% YoY growth. Notable highlights include the significant growth in notebook, desktop, and Chromebook business revenues, as well as a 14.3% YoY growth in commercial business revenues in April.
Acer's strategy to expand multiple business engines has shown momentum, with total revenues from businesses other than computers and displays contributing 31.0% of the group's total revenues in April and 29.6% year-to-April. Additionally, Acer's public subsidiaries, such as Altos Computing Inc. and Acer ITS Inc., have reported substantial revenue growth in April, showcasing the success of businesses under incubation.
Looking ahead, Acer plans to unveil new AI devices and solutions before the upcoming Computex tradeshow, scheduled from June 4 to 9 at the Taipei Nankang Exhibition Center, Hall 1. This announcement reflects Acer's commitment to innovation and advancement in the technology sector.
