3i Infrastructure plc announces a proposed placing at a price of 330 pence per share

3i Infrastructure plc (“3i Infrastructure” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce a proposed placing of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the “Placing Shares”) conducted under the existing non pre-emptive authorities granted by shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting on 7 July 2022.
